students are required to start with First Level.
All of these are core courses and are required.
If you are studying to earn a degree,
your Administrative/Production fee
must
be paid BEFORE going to
the First Level to access those
Core Courses. If you are
Monitoring Only (not
for credit) then you
do not have to pay
that fee.

All necessary textbooks, workbooks, testing, and issuance of degrees are free.
Also, there is no Tuition fee. The only charge will be a $50.00 USD per
month Administrative/Production
Fee.
ALL students studying to earn a degree are required to pay this fee. This fee will be paid through the Donation link for the Foundation for Biblical
studies on the DONATION
PAGE. On that page, scroll down to the link, SLBCV "Administrative/Production Fee." There is a drop-down menu where you can specify $50 for one month or $550 for one year- the
one year
payment will save you $50 for the
year.
All fees are non-refundable.
A Fee Waiver Form is available so that students seeking a
degree who cannot afford
the Fee will be able to receive a waiver. Financial hardship must be
established in order to receive a Waiver.

Students who are Monitoring Only
will NOT be charged the Administrative/Production fee. They do not
submit an Application and, thus, are unregistered students. We
do not keep records for those students because there is no administrative
work required. Thus, they do
not have to pay the
Fee. However, should those students decide to switch to a For
Credit program, any courses taken while monitoring cannot be credited to those
students because no records have been kept for monitored courses. Student will have to start over from the beginning
in all courses in
order to earn credits toward a degree. At the time they begin
taking courses For Credit they will be required to begin
paying the Administrative/Production fee or submit proof of
financial hardship in order to receive a Fee Waiver.
