Christian Character - PART ONE
THE BEATITUDES
(Mt 5:1-12)
Part
One - THE BEATITUDES
We will begin our study of the character of the Christian, with PART
ONE, THE BEATITUDES (Mt 5:1-12)
Beginning with the Beatitudes, you will learn the basics of Christian character
as taught by the supreme example of character, the Lord Jesus Christ himself, as
He delivered what is commonly called The Sermon on the Mount.
While participating in this course you are encouraged to use the
week of required attendance per lesson as a time to meditate on each
precept learned so as to make it a part of your life as you assimilate it into
your personal character. You will be expected to memorize each Beatitude
as you study the lesson.
Whether you use the week to repeatedly meditate
on the precept learned, or whether you only meditate on it for a time while
studying each precept plus a time of meditation after completing each lesson,
either way, you are required to meditate on each precept individually.
The road of more and repeated meditation on each precept is the recommended way
because the more you do so, the more it will advance you down the road of the
development of Christlike character in you- which should be the goal of every
child of God. (1.5 credits)

THE
TEN COMMANDMENTS
Universal Morality
THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, Universal Morality
This third section of our studies concerns the universal guide to morality, the Ten Commandments.
In this section you will learn the rock-solid biblical basis for all morality; which is the ten categories of morality addressed in the Ten Commandments. Without a complete understanding of this basis and guide for the fundamentals of morality the character of the Christian cannot be fully developed. (1.5 credits)
Along with the Ten Commandments, which were originally given only to the
Jews (but the principles are applicable to all mankind), you will also study the Noahic
covenant under which all of humanity is bound because all are
descendants of Noah. (1.5 credits) Access course by clicking HERE. |

Christian Character - PART FIVE
THE KEYS TO CONTENTMENT
THE KEYS TO CONTENTMENT (Phil ch. 4)
We will now move to the next section of our studies, the keys to contentment as found in Philippians chapter 4.
Of all people in the world, Christians ought to be the most contented of all. Unfortunately, this is not true for most of the children of God. There is, however, a reason for this; that being that most Christians have not been taught the biblical keys to contentment. Most are still in the state of discontentment, which has its root in the old nature within them, which they will naturally follow until they are taught a more Christlike way. In this course you will learn the keys to unlock the hold of the old habits, rooted in the old nature, and learn how to develop this part of your Christian character according to the new nature within you. In addition you will be required to put these keys into practice. (1.5 credits)
